Despite being one of Witan's many Bens, Ben Wright has become a standout club member since joining in 2018 - primarily thanks to his encyclopaedic knowledge of South London physios, who've treated his long list of increasingly inventive injuries.

On the pitch, Witan's most fragile man is a barnstorming right back who combines strong and pacy defending (everyday life must be difficult with so many wingers in his pocket) with energetic runs forward and incisive through balls to keep the strikers well fed.

Off pitch, Ben keeps busy as unofficial head recruiter (whose friends are both good at football and under 30), chief website developer and most importantly, architect of the much celebrated and hotly debated Witan Fantasy Football.

He also sometimes gets the train the wrong way and wins MOM just for turning up (from the airport).
